Hall Rental Fees Schedule

Members (active for a minimum of 6 months)

Subject to verification

Deposit Refund Policy

$500.00

The deposit is paid to secure the booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.  

If the event proceeds, the deposit will be applied as credit toward the final rental invoice (offset against the total due).

Hall Rental

$650.00

Renter must bring certificate of insurance naming the Filipino Community Organization of Monterey Peninsula as additional insured. This documentation must be provided at least 30 days in advance to ensure a smooth process. Please email COI to FcompRental@gmail.com 

Cleaning fee applies to all renters.


Non-Members

General Public fees

Base Hall Rental

$1,700.00

Other Fees

There may be an additional cost associated with the venue rental fees for the Filipino community hall rental.

Non Profit 501(c)(3)

The hall can be utilized for meetings during weekday based on availability. Charitable organization must provide proof of non-profit status when renting for event.

Members must be active for a minimum of 6 months to access benefits such as Filipino community hall rental options. Please note that all venue rental fees, including those for Monterey Peninsula events, are subject to change.
